The Bridge in SF

Bridge Theatre

No more than a stone throw from Mel's Diner on Geary (in case your family and friends care to get something to eat while you stand in line for the show)

We went to a sold out showing of Garden State (our movie) highlighted by the following

  • An enthusiastic crowd showing up early and lining up outside the building
  • People friendly enough to let me save a row of 6 seats that were empty until 2 minutes before show time
  • The warmest theater I've ever been in (enough to make me uncomfortable and change my shirt during the trailers)
  • Sweet sweet frozen drinks that totally make up for the temperature

The staff at the theater was really nice and (accurately) predicted the show would sell out and to come back early. Parking's a bit of a problem. But when your movie is only showing in one theater in town...
